Even if the video is fake, the title definitely is... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2NDpPSgfwo this guy acts like a bit of a moron, but it's pretty cool eventually (at app. 2 min)

Definitely fake. Watch middle C when he starts "La Cucaracha" and remember that note. Not only does he hit other keys that play the note for middle C, but he hits middle C later on and it plays different notes. Keyboard is probably programmed to play the next note in the song each time any key is hit.

I agree with horst -- keyboard is programmed with melody in advance, and next note plays whenever any key is hit.
