What an annoying guy. I couldn't take in half the information because of how poorly presented and how annoying he is. I'm almost certain he's related to that science video guy, the one who sounds so annoying you want to punch him in the face after 5 seconds

You want to know why U.S. healthcare costs are so high. Insurance companies are unregulated and have been increasing costs 8-10% per year for no reason other than they are greedy and want more money. This has a direct effect on the rest of the healthcare industry as everyone has to be insured. Regulate insurance companies and we will control healthcare costs.
