This video sidesteps the question of where does body heat come from. It must, of course, come from the fat too. In chemistry class I was taught that body heat comes from the energy stored in the chemical bonds along the lipids, and those bonds in rest state have mass, meaning there is a conversion of mass to heat in the process. It would be a very small fraction of, say, 39 kilos, but he elided that fraction when he did his addition at the end of the video.
