Examine the main sequence from 2:27 and you will see that the table (picture frame) moves when the coins change. He does not touch the table. When he snaps his fingers at 2:33 and all the coins instantly move, the table shudders there too. Will Tsai is just miming his hands above the table, while it does most of the work for him.

well table is most definitly covered with some type of vantablack so you dont see shadows and there are few cuted textilies that you cannot see flaping around maybe while being on strings conected to sides of table so he can move them without touching specific place

At about 1:50 you can see that the coin in the upper-left corner disappears before the card completely obscures it.
