  Dave would know better... no need to involve him. As I travel Europe, at public event's these urinals are very common, whilst ladies stand in 1/8 mile lines to go to the bathroom. Interestingly, a cardboard urinating device is becoming more popular so women can use them as well.

What kind of a urinal is kept in public and doesn't drain (as far as I can see)? And why is she showing us the nasty public urinals?

  The urinals are nice, and used at mass public events. The organizers do their best to keep up the dark shaded temp walls; but in reality it's just a john, and no one cares about seeing an accidental penis working on peeing.

  Ok, that makes sense. You know, me and my wife, we work hard every day, and after we put our little kiddos in to bed after reading them a bedtime story and helping them say their prayers, we like to unwind. All day long we look forward to cuddling up on the couch with a warm glass of mulled wine, turn on the evening news and learn about how clean the local toilets are. It’s one of the things we look forward to every night.

  Makes total sense, Dave. Total sense. It's the kind of shit we get in the evening news here all the time. Our prayers were never answered. Oh wait, this was no evening news. Hmm, I'm almost starting to believe prayers do get answered after all. Oh wait...
