She didn't know what Urban means. She must have had it 'confused with an sickness of the sorts. Although it really wasn't that funny.

How can you not find this funny? :) As the host continues to raise funny questions, she just go deeper and deeper. :) He realised that he can make a joke out of it, that's why he asked her "How long has he been that way?" And finally, the doctor GAVE HER SOMETHING, because her husband is urban. Epic.
