This guy deserves recognition for what he did. It was an extremely dangerous situation which could have gone badly. Even the rescuers on the boat were surprised when he saved the dog. Well done!!

The car was kind of floating because af the air trapped. When the guy took the woman out he also released the air and the car went down, making the recue even more impressive. Nice job.
