No it isn't I am Scottish and I like plenty of English and Irish people. I have nothing against Welsh either. The hate thing is just banter and petty rivalry. English have a lot of intolerence to Scots but the reverse is not true. Also NI are called Irish and they can belong to either British or Irish at their choosing, they can even pick which passport. The whole thing about co-equality is nonsense, Northern Ireland is not equal to England. Also the constituent countries are not Sovereign. There are many factual errors in this video but still an interesting perspective of the complexity of the UK.
