The treadmill test isn't very accurate: it doesn't consider the air resistance you would have if you were actually running a marathon. The actual terrain is not that perfectly smooth and level either.

  I'd just consider the actual result from the marathon, Kipchoge missed the 2 hour mark with only 25 seconds
