This is so stupid. Government can't create new options for internet access. And he reveals the point that Title II wasn't hurting the telecom's investment into their infrastructure. So then what is the real point of Title II? It's not about protecting the consumer. It's simply more government overreach that isn't necessary. If people don't like something that Comcast is doing, give the market some time and we'll see competition for those customers. Technology evolves pretty fast, we don't need more government intrusion. If you care about Net Neutrality you would be for preserving the structure that contributed to it's massive success. Fortunately, the media is so focused on Russia that they'll stay off the backs of the FCC and we can get this garbage Title II repealed.

Watch 1:20 up then you see that its not the marked who can sort itself out, so thats not a good point by yourself. The goverment already sortet stuff out and now they try to intrude into it so yeah thats a good point but only against your inital argument. Also as they say in the video they would pay out the additional profits to investors. So all in all you just didnt watch the video. -fail

Not quite sure what you're trying to say, but I did watch the entire video. Also, he says point blank "we need wired broadband competition, and we don't have it" in what reality is that a problem the government can solve? These leftists are so unimaginative. They think government can dictate what reality is. Truth is whatever they say it is. And title II has nothing to do with creating competition, so than what's the point?

Why the FCC is involved with cable at all is the biggest question here. Any cable issues should fall into the FTC's Bureau of Consumer Protection, not the FCC, since it does not use over-the-air methods. People like to conveniently forget that when pushing for a bigger FCC. I like Net Neutrality on the surface, but nobody brings up the real debate anymore, instead we get scare tactics on them throttling services x100 whenever Net Neutrality comes up.
