it has something to do with that white nozzle at the end. double pipe inside or something and he's holding his tongue against the tip.

is impossible that he was sucking it. he'd probably have to suck very strong for make it spin, and it would rotate counter

it has something to do with the way he holds this thing i think that he is covering some holes with the fingers. Because usualy you would not use 3 fingers and the thumb to hold it. usualy one or two fingers.
