  Cunt can be used for a friend or to insult someone, it's all about context, and the difference can sometimes be subtle. A common term of endearment that I like is calling someone a "good cunt".

  I’ll tell my wife tomorrow night that she’s a good cunt and I’ll report back on how well that went.
