You may say to him to get a life.. but playing Sims helped ground my future education. Do you know that it played a massive part in helping me to develop my evolution in design! For a game, It still requires intense planning and patience. Mathematics if your hardcore like this guy. And also a creative mind, all of which are required for an Architect. Now I'm at University studying Architecture, and it was Sims that started my passion. I bet you any money, If he showed his schematics & blueprints to a certain company. He would have a job in seconds.. ALL BECAUSE OF A GAME.

It seems that people are not so healthy in Magnasanti(maximum age = 55, overall health = 50%) probably the city sucks so much they're all desperate and suicide when they get to 55
