I like an asshole-ish prank as much as the next guy. But blowing an air horn at a woman who's pushing a baby stroller isn't funny.

Not a good prank, not funny - just infantile and hurtful. Especially on babys. The guys in the car just giggle on their "prank" and drive away A good prank does not insult anyone, and after it you can go to the people and say "Hello, we just pranked you - look, there's the camera", and everyone will just have a good laugh.

  This is the internet not some day care for peoples feelings. I thought it was funny but it doesn't matter. Noones opinion matters here

Video is way too long. And is it me or are they mostly scaring kids? That's creepy...
