The issue isn't using your phone in the car. The issue is distracted driving and not paying adequate attention to what you're doing. I can glance at my phone to change a song or read a map and that's no more distracting than glancing down to change the radio station or adjust the thermostat.

  People like you are the problem. You should read up on studies done on this issue. "The issue isn't using your phone... the issue is distracted driving"........using your phone distracts you. Were you born with a lack of oxygen supply to your brain or something?

The problem is that most people, phone or not, should not have a driving license. It's too easy to get: all these imbeciles shouldn't be allowed near a car.
