he's just trying to destabilise his opponent here... breaking his rhythm being ahead in the game. Didn't look like the girl was really hurt to me, she just left because of his pressure

Girl gets hit my tennis ball, she takes it pretty well, guy waits 30 seconds then stumbles over like a Snorlax with no sense of urgency, and puts his arm around her for a second, and then they switched out girls. Nothing happened. There was no "help". This is just a video of a girl getting hit by a tennis ball, and a new girl taking her place. Whoop dee doo.

During my time in India i played balls boy for a local club tennis outfit. I took many balls to the head and neck area and have suffered ongoing illnesses associated with the incidents. Courageous sportsman ship shown by the young man here.
