Clearly a Tottenham fan lol. Or if not, firstly just because you don't think it's interesting, who cares? Who are you? Besides lots of people like football and I think even if you don't watch football you can appreciate the skill and teamwork shown here. You clearly are incapable of appreciating any of this, because your a bit of a dunce. Thank you v sauce. This has been widely regarded as one of the best team goals ever and is a joy to watch. Also, watch the swearing, and stick to your chess.

I am betting OFC considers American Football not boring even though there is 30 seconds off between each play and only about 12 actual minutes of game play per game. Yet another brainwashed American to think their sport is better than what the entire world has already agreed upon. Regardless of what you think OFC, take comfort in knowing the rest of the world disagrees with you.

Boring. Some guys playing football scored a goal... so what? Isn't that the point of the game? It happens in almost every match. Come on, this is supposed to be the "Best Of" Youtube!

"scored a goal". Are you kidding me? You clearly know nothing about football because you don't see goals like this "every game". A beautifully worked goal like this is THE reason why football is called "the beautiful game". The fluidity and perfection of the passing prior to the goal is what's amazing. It isn't just the last shot, it's the entire team build up prior to it. The back heel 1-2 pass from wilshere to giroud and back is stunning. You can tell this goal is stunning because even the Norwich defenders are just standing like spectators. Play as good as that is impossible to defend against and very difficult to pull off. Football isn't just watching the goals, it's the joy of play and watching the beautiful skills which this video shows magnificently. You clearly don't appreciate the skill in the passing, and don't understand football at all. But I hope you do one day.

Yes you DO see this in every game. Guy passes to another guy, passes to another guy, passes again... this goes on for 50 to 90 minutes. A couple of times GOAL and everybody goes nuts and then its back to guy passes to another guy, passes again. MOST BORING SPORT EVER.

You don't see THIS kind of passing all the time. But how would you know if you've never watched a match.

Strange how the "most boring sport ever" is also the most popular sport on the entire planet. Me thinks the problem lies with YOU. Your loss.

"most boring sport ever is also the most popular sport on the entire planet". What can I say? People are stupid and easily pleased.

I'll just add that I only got into football when I was 18. I didn't grow up in a football loving environment. And I used to think it was boring too. Until I watched a champions league final with Liverpool and AC Milan when acting were 3-0 up at halftime, and then Liverpool scored 3 goals in the second half and then went on to win the game and the champions league. It was then that I got what was so thrilling about football. There's so much about it that's exciting. But you conversely are obviously someone who doesn't watch it yet feels entitled to slag it off. To so quickly state that millions of people watch football because they're just stupid, and not because it happens to be a very exciting sport which you just don't yet understand, is actually incredibly stupid of you. I've experienced both sides of football, but I now get it and why its so loved. Shame that you don't. But enjoy your Live chess tournaments anyhow.

I found this interesting. Something that doesn't happen often in football. Maybe not best of best-of-you-tube, but best of youtube.

I agree it was stunning play and an awesome demonstration of skills. But... I don't understand why the player who scored was not offside? He was well past the last defender before the ball was passed to him. I know offside rules are confusing so I'm sure there is a reason he is not offside -- I'd just like to know!

Offsides is determined from the time when the ball is passed. When the ball was flicked on he was behind the last defender still. You are allowed to be past the last defender once the ball gets to you as long as you were behind the last defender when the ball was initially played.

Amazing sequence! incredible teamwork! Speed, precision, anticipation, skills. Defenders don't even understand what is happening to them. smithsc, The player (wilshere)who scored was on side because when giroud TOUCH the ball to pass it to him wilshere is still in front of the defenders... if you stop the video when giroud TOUCH the ball to pass it to wilshere you'll see that wilshere is still in front of a defender... on side... it's pretty clear here even if it goes fast but sometimes it's hard to tell cause the scorer and the defenders are almost on the same line. The part that's confusing on the offside rule usually is the one regarding a player that is back from being offside.
