This will only work if one is riding at exactly the right speed to counteract the movement of the lights. So the lights will only work at one speed.

They must have some gyro-sensor or something that corresponds to the speed? Otherwise it would be useless

If you go to their site you will be able read that they use a magnet to calculate the rotation speed of the wheels. The LED's will be adjsuted based on this.

It looks too jerky at the moment, it needs to be smoother otherwise it will get annoying

they work smooth at any speed. This looks jerky becaus of the shutter speed of the cam. ;-)

I would buy that, but it needs a little bit more light at the front. Also I love how easy you can see when a biker is standing still.
