I call fake. First of all: why would there be giant refund buttons next to each transaction? No body would design it that way. Let's assume it was some framework they used or copied; even then the buttons don't work. The video creator keeps clicking them all after another. It the buttons would've worked, the page would do a request on every click, reloading the page each time. Or atleast do it through a confirmation popup. Not a single person got his money back here. This list might be fake. The guy he called is probably his IRL frend. The video creator most likely wanted to create a viral video. This kind of "refund everyone affected by scam" has already happened before. Some made a video about it in the past. This video creator most likely just copied that idea and faked the whole thing. Sad.
