Reagan was giving a speech in West Berlin when a balloon popped very loudly
This was after Reagan was shot in an attempt on his life a mere 2 months after the beginning of his first term.

Ha ha ha ha. That was GREAT! Reagan was awesome. Granted I was four years old when he left office. But his legacy endures! He had a singular wit.
