That's completely redic. That guy needs to go to jail, if everything said about the game was true, and the host miscounts on purpose, and you can actually win.

Yeah, you gotta think they gave him his money back. I honestly wouldn't play any carnival game that I hadn't researched first. I'd rather have the upper hand when I know what it is they're not telling me. And it's just a quick google search away these days.

These guys are from a show called 'The Real Hustle'. In their intro they always state that they always give the people their money back. Also, a lot of the people who get scammed are actually actors/extras.

In the Caribbean there is a very similar game often called Rainbow. Like this game it is impossible to win. The local governments have all made the game illegal. However, where ever cruise ships dock, and most of the casinos have the game, and the tourists literally empty their wallets out repeatedly. People do fall for scams like this, especially if they are run by friendly pretty women.
