Say 10% of people took the stairs before and 66% more people than normal chose the stairs after, wouldn't that mean that only 16.6% took the stairs after? isn't much of an improvement really.

"Fun can obviously change behaviour for the better." How do they draw that conclusion, who's to say that walking up stairs rather than use the esculator is better?
