The power comes from the magnets... Isn't this obvious?

No it isn't, because magnets don't generate power.

very cool toy but not free energy. its very efficient but will run down, any noise is lost power. Stick anything on it to collect any of its energy and it would stop in a very short period of time. Very nice but not perpetual.

This is just a very fancy Foucault pendulum. It may well run for as long as the Earth turns, but it's not exactly free energy.
