If you are going to ride a bike on the road, you should obey the rules of the road. Passing on the right is not allowable and dangerous. That said, those driving cars in this video need some driver training as well.

  Exactly. It’s the regulators who feel the need to put bike lanes in. Bikers are safer just riding as though they’re a car. Car drivers are more cognizant of bikes who are sharing their lane/road. Putting them in their own lane ensures drivers will be *less* attentive. I don’t know if any of what I just said is true or not — but it feels true ;)
