  Are you sure Doors? A youtube title isn't proof of anything unless you can see something in the video showing evidence of this. It looks more like the 70's or early 80's to me. The fire truck from the 2.05 mark looks like a 70's or 80's firetruck - certainly not 1990's anyway.

  Near the beginning, the theater marquis advertises "Blind Fury". The movie Blind Fury was released in 1989. So if the theater is advertising that movie, it must have been 1989 or later.
