Okay, great. So it's interesting the shapes you can make out of a tangerine peel. Kudo's for the imagination to come up with that. But what the heck is the point? It takes a long time to do, and you can't keep it and play with it -- it's food waste for heaven's sake!

  All in the name of art. I think the name may be a bit misleading, I somehow doubt this is an instructional video.

  No, actually its a marketing video. They are trying to sell the kit to do this.
