Thank you, big government. You've given us every single safety feature on automobiles. The nanny state has saved the lives of countless people who walk around today biatching about regulations.

  Can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not. It would be nice to know the price difference. The Tsuru lists for ~$2500 less than versa. Significant difference for such a low priced vehicle.

  lol "given us". This isn't how safety standards happen. That being said, the government SHOULD keep you safe without being overly intrusive.

This is a good example of effective government regulation. Nobody on the right is suggesting that there should be zero regulation of industry. But for every example like this there are a zillion examples of completely absurd regulations that benefit nobody
