It'll buff out. We could say the driver was distracted but he was, after all, responding to a fire. I can imagine having divided attention. Nevertheless, there's a whole crew of men (and maybe women) in that truck so maybe they can specialize one crew member to be the dedicated driver. Let the rest of the crew divide their attentions and join them once you have the parking brake on. Finally: thank you, firefighters. You play a decreasing but still very important role in keeping people safe and alive.
