Maria Joao Pires amazing time whaen she was supposed to play a certain Mozart concerto and she had to play another, in front of an audience in Amsterdam.

See sams article above: Pires had played that piece at concerts numerous times before. She was just not explicitly prepared for it this specific moment. Just because you know a piece, even as a professional, you always come after hours of practice before some performance, which she wasn't prepared for. Still impressive that she was able to re-focus that quickly.
