It appears to me that the guy with the camera in his car speeds up to prevent the brown car from passing him. I'm sure, because of this, the person with the camera in the car is 'partly' responsible for this accident. Then again, the guy in the brown car shouldn't have made such a stupid maneuver in the first place.

  I think it looks like they were speeding up because the coach in front was slowing down
