What is the market for a long uncut piece of wood like this? Genuinely curious.

Allow me to step in and help answer this. Dave, they are for dysfunctional families who don't get on but understand the social and moral importance of sitting at the table for meals together. The tables are often 125 foot long; with individuals sitting 20-25 foot apart from each other.... surprisingly it works rather well. Here is an example of a slightly shorter table: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/73/76/32/737632e99377bae14dc320285c7147a6.jpg || I hope this helps.

The 125 foot logs are used for giant power poles and they will be shipped all over the USA after being treated.
