  Well health wise its not a big problem, but we should eat around half we eat now by average to have a balanced diet.

  Depends on what you’re replacing it with. Low fat diets inevitably get replaced with empty carbs and lead to obesity. But yes, a well rounded diet is good. I don’t like vilifying entire categories of food. And the suggested serving of meat per week in the video is bonkers crazy.

What on earth is an "empty carb"? 1g of carbohydrate is (rounded) 4 calories, no matter what the source of the carbohydrate. Also, article references for "is bonkers crazy" are missing

  LOL. War of the guest. An empty carb would be something that's easily digestible and quickly available for energy in the form of calories. When you get your calories from fat, your body has to work harder to convert them into energy. So an empty carb is cheap energy your body doesn't have to work hard to metabolize — it's also nutritionally empty.

Somedays in dust season we would not see an animal to eat for weeks, makka makka Mum would say. It was corn for breakfast dinner and tea and we turned out ok.
