DidnÃ‚Â´t know you could burn fat that way. U cant burn fat on your belly by just doing sit-ups for example.. you have to get your heart rate pumping using more than just 1 muscle and i dont think yoga does that. I think he lost weight mostly because of the his diet. Yoga definately helped his muscles recover though.

DDPYoga works differently than other yoga programs. It gets your heart rate up by engaging muscles, not just idly posing
