Not hypno. This is classic redirection manipulation done by every good salesmen I have ever wrote a ticket too (bar the finger snapping but some clap once or what ever). Stronger minds have an obligation to help weaker minds not take advantage of them.

What I meant was that the whole video was set up. There is no evidence whatsoever that the cop (or cop car) is real...
