A. it's a small distance B. it's too dangerous to fly wih that plane C. it's needs to be repaired in that spot D. it can't land in that spot

E. They are putting it on display at a museum? I've seen these copters in action, and they are all Russian, with only Russian pilots. The downdraft is so strong you have to make sure the area on the ground where it will be close to landing / taking off / hovering has to be cleared of debris, and it is almost impossible to stand up in the wash area.
