that is not true :) u can never raise ur hear-rate to 160 only by jumping like an idiot ! Tarek RN , Paramedic

I am very fit, and I train near 160 all the time (I try to stay in the 150 to 160 range and back off when I get very far above 160 because I go into oxygen debt at that point). It is very achievable for me for up to an hour at a time. That compares to a resting pulse that is consistently below 60.
