This was kinda retarded. I feel bad for saying it, but really, it felt kinda forced. Get a bunch of people to do sign language to that guy? Sure, it's a nice thing to do, but still.

I think the point was not to single him out, but to illustrate to the rest of us, that have not lived with a hearing impairment, that everywhere they go they are accustomed to the fact that no one knows sign language. Something as simple as a video chat call centre is something I would never have thought about. Yet now I feel like 'duh! why isn't everyone doing this already?!?'
