Sweet but feels kinda staged to me. We all sit there with a camera when our spouse is out of surgery, right?

Don't know... One would think that if it was staged they would have at least thought of shooting it in the right orientation... plus the drugs you receive in hospital can do that and more...

If my wife would shoot a video of me, when Im totally helpless and vulnerable and uploads this to youtube, she would no longer be my wife.

  You're assuming she didn't ask the husband if it was ok to upload? Likely when they got home and he was ok again? What's wrong with uploading this anyway, it's very sweet. It could have been his idea to upload it for all you know

so fake...he calls her baby then tries to back track by asking do I call you baby? I don't buy it. Plus no one give crackers after surgery.
