I thought american police stopped deescalating. Now a days they just kill people.

  You're generalizing police behavior based on a relatively low number of incidents. Not good.

  Well he doesn't since its a statistically significant phenomenon he's totally right to assume this behaving patterns are more than single incidents

  It's actually statistically *insignificant* since cops are less likely to kill a black person than they are a white person. But they don't broadcast every white person getting shot by a cop on the news. Don't you wonder why they don't?

I like it. And does it work as well with rear-wheel drive? Hope only police will have it at not other criminals.
