again i'd have to agree, probably fake maybe if he landed in a lake, or even a big swimming pool and i think the trajectory looks wrong

You can see this is fake. 1. Because they would have never build a wooden construction. That hurts way to much if it goes wrong. 2. Because a plastic pool can't resist the force of such an impact.
