  No, it's a cover of "Killing In The Name". It's definitely not "Bulls on Parade", just listen to the lyrics. Only the first 25 seconds are somewhat similar to "Bulls on Parade".

That's the way to get kids interested in playing an instrument in school - forget classical (until they are hooked - you have to know the classics). I love how the conductor and the chick in the red shirt (piccolo) really get into it.
