This follows every 'innovative new product announcement' cliché. It's clearly quite a cool thing these people are doing but the presentation is totally disengaging. And that tag line at the end: "It's time to own your food" - literally the most corny thing I've ever heard.

Technofix is not a new paradigm, but open source development is... cool gadget but if one was actually thinking about growing food sustainably it does not require a robotic hardware.

Good luck scaling farm bot. I need more food than that. I'll stick with big agriculture, thank you. Big Ag uses the same optimization, but on a scale that can actually feed the populace.
