Great observation about diet. But I hate how eating vegetables is always portrayed as the ultimate diet. It's not! That's not going to satiate you! Any diet that forsakes or tries to artificially restrict the intake of saturated fat is going to be very hard to stick to, and the fat will simply be replaced with high carb foods that metabolize as sugar and MAKE YOU OBESE!!! ARRRRRggghh!!!!
