Elon musk is interesting simply cause he’s dumb enough to put billions of dollars into ideas that will never work (hyperloop anyone?), and some idea that will only work with mass government subsidies and incentives or investment (space x, Tesla). He’s never actually built anything that isn’t kept afloat by government money as far as I know. Facebook by contrast is a real businesss — it’s just a lousy one that I ended up quitting because it inflates the egos and self importance of loud mouths.

  You might be right on the hyperloop, but we all know the government bails out failed car companies so why not? We need the technology developed and not at the pace Chevy was doing it (the original Volt). I have no opinion on Space X.
