As a gun carrier in PA. I know New York it is Very hard to get your concealed gun permit. Gun control is very strict in NYC that's why the violent crimes are so high, same with Chicago.

Yeah, this is one of the dumber things I have seen. Right up there with the fake zombie chasing people. These people don't realize how easy it would be to get shot doing something like this in the wrong place. Lucky for them they are in NY, so not a big chance of anyone with a gun happening upon them.
