He looked good after he lost weight and he looked good before he lost weight. If you are fat and want not to be fat then it's tough but possible to drop weight. You do it with a permanent lifestyle change. Your weight, whatever it is, is a confluence of your genetics and the environment you live in. You can't change your genetics so you have to change your environment, meaning eating and moving differently. Good luck, it's difficult. If you are fat and don't mind being fat then good for you. You might or might not have attendant health concerns and you should be aware of those and manage them. Being fat doesn't mean you are unhealthy, but it can be an indicator. Do what's right for you. If your long-term body shape is to be fat, and you're okay with that, then forget the haters.
