Condensation on a surface is a function of rate of moisture arrival to the surface vs rate of moisture depature. Simply create the biggest difference between the two rates by increasing the temperature of the surface to increase rate of departure while decreasing the humidity of the surrounding air to decrease rate of arrival. In other words, heat your window and let the cold, dry air in.
