  Dave please do not minimize the trials and tribulations of man flu. Also, it’s “hullabaloo” or “hubub” although I am always up for a good portmanteau. Always, that is, except when I have man flu.

Its pretty much, just the flu. millions of people get it in the US every year, and most people are fine. So far its estimated to have killed 10000 to 20000 people in the US this flu season alone, the very young and old and those with underlying medical issues.
