The truck driver prevents the driver who's shooting the video from hitting the vehicle on its side by cutting into the lane and making the video shooter to slow down.

As far as I can see the guy with the camera was the one driving like a moron. You don't pass trucks on the right hand side.

If this is Japan, they drive on the left. Truck drivers should rightly be in the left lane, and it's completely fine to overtake on the right. This truck driver IS also very clever for cutting up the the car and making him slow down

I'm just amazed that the truck driver was aware enough of how he blocked the view, and then on top of that slowed the passing car down... First I thought idiot wtf is this tard doing, but the you see the car and you just go, shit this dude was freaking 18steps ahead of the common driver :P
