ya it is. and i think they might have frozen the frame at the end when the man is counting.

i think he was jsut randomly recording the dog play with the ball and afterwards he recorded his voice on thier to go along wiht it.

The Dog walks in a different path as it backs up. It also takes steps differently when it walks backwards. I don't think it's a complete fake.
